The Great American Beer Festival (GABF) is an annual event hosted by the Brewers Association (BA) started in 1982. This year was the 40th anniversary, welcoming over 60,000 attendees to Denver, Colorado to sample beers from 800 breweries nation-wide.
To honor this special occasion, the BA's in-house design team created the logo and hired Studio DNVR to expand upon it and develop an exciting brand identity.
Leveraging the wildly successful 2019 GABF brand identity theme, "Beer Love," we infused it with a giant, celebratory cheers. Complete with a funky font, confetti pattern, and energetic backdrop.
We assembled a style guide to follow for all promotional, marketing, wayfinding, and event graphics which created a cohesive, visual experience.
We incorporated the 2022 GABF brand identity into a variety of design deliverables.
